Today we are making a simple thank you card that is also super cute! It's been so much fun to grab random stamping supplies and just go to town with creating, and today's project is exactly that.
I love big sentiments. Always have and I feel like I always will. You can make stunning cards in no time at all, with just a few other touches.
Today's project has a giant sentiment, ink, a die cut frame, and a couple of accessories – that's all!
And, because I love you all more than I love my sock drawer – which is A LOT! – I made you a video to go along with it.
The Project
Here's our cute project. I love black and yellow together. Hmmm… and as I type this, I just realized I am wearing a yellow shirt with black jeans. I guess I like it more than maybe I realized, lol!!

What stands out the most to me on this one is the ink splatters on top of that blended yellow ink. It's super subtle but adds a ton of texture to the card.
Having the sentiment and the frame popped up with foam adhesive is another big win on this card.
The Supplies
The supplies for this are simple.
- Thank You Stamp Set
- Daffodil Delight Ink
- Tuxedo Black Ink
- Water Painters
- Postage Die set – I have no idea where this set came from, but here is one very similar
- Rhinestones
- Black and White Gingham Ribbon
- Dimensionals
- Basic White Card Stock
- 10 Second Bow Maker
And I used a yellow, but keep in mind that you can do this with any color and it will look great!
Who Wants a Video?
I hope you are raising your hand, whether physically or mentally!
If so, here you go!
Thank You!
I love that you are here and I can't wait for you to return for more ideas and inspiration!
XOXO, Meg
Love this card. Love blending also. I think it adds color to an elegant, simple card.
