Easy Thank You Card to Make

There is nothing like a good butterfly card, right?  For some reason though, the picture of this card doesn't do it justice, it looks much better in person!

But this card is easy.  First, make your card back with Whisper White.  Then run two pieces of Bashful Blue (one rectangle and one 1-3/4″ circle) through your Big Shot with the Square Lattice Embossing Folder.  Add some other layers and a sentiment and all you have left to do it your butterfly.  I die cut it and then ran it through an additional embossing folder – done!  So lots of texture, but still very easy.

So if you are wondering how I came up with the different layers and their shapes – it is all scraps!  These are layers that were already die cut left over from this and that and it was tempting me to be used – even including the ribbon.

I got to use up a bunch of scraps and turn it into a cute card – I call these happy accidents!
