The more I play with the new Warm Winter bundle, the more ideas keep pouring out of it! I decided to go with a simple, yet fun, two-toned card – Pool Party and Basic White.

In our second house, I loved Pool Party so much that I took a sheet of card stock to Home Depot and had them color match paint for my craft room. I still love that color so much!

So I paired that color with some of my favorite textures in life – polka dots and brick walls.

I did this by using the Dots & Spots cover plate die and the Brick & Mortar embossing folder.

This is such a fun bundle, let me show it to you.

A graphic sharing the information about the brand new Stampin' Up! Warm Welcome Bundle.

I took the image of the presents and colored them with Pool Party Stampin Blends.

Just simple coloring, one marker. Then I added the sentiment in Pool Party ink onto Pool Party card stock, and trimmed the ends into a banner.

And that dotted die cut circle, oh my! It's just perfect behind it.

You can see in that image that hint of the dry embossed Brick & Mortar folder.

The Warm Welcome Project

Ready to see the entire project? Yay, let's do it!

OOOHHH, I still love it!!!

Look how those white card stock pops showing through the Dots & Spots cover plate? I LOVE It!

This card looks like it took hours to make, when it actually took less than 15 minutes! A simple die cut background, a dry embossed layer, stamping of an image and sentiment – easy coloring and die cut the image, trim down the sentiment, pop it up on a die cut circle and you are done!
