Tea Shoppe is such a pretty set, I adore the tea cups. I adore them because they all look different. So that means that I can use the same set to match personalities. If you look at the big tea cup, this is one that would have been perfect for my grandmother. The polka dots one is all mine. The middle cup looks like one my mother-in-law would use. And the one on the right is just right for my mom.
To make the tea bag was easy, I used the Large Tag Punch (119876 Being Discontinued and it is on sale for $11.96!) with Vellum Cardstock. I started with my Simply Scored and scored a 4" strip at 1 7/8", 2", and 2 1/8", accordian folded it, then used the punch to punch it out.
White Bakers Twine is perfect for your string. And I will admit that I am not a fan of staples on a project, at least not ones that you can see, but I did make an exception, because tea bags have staples.
The base color is Island Indigo and then I used the Island Indigo ruffled ribbon, super cute!
The Tea Shoppe stamp set is in the Occasions mini catalog and we do not know it's fate. We do not know if we will see it again or if on April 30th we will say goodbye to it. If it is one that you are wanting, be sure to grab it now. The sentiment is also in Stampin' Up!'s Tea Shoppe Stamp Set.
Ordering the set is easy. You can click here and get Tea Shoppe ordered online.
