I have had so much fun using the stamps and dies from the Resort Bundle! They are a new release from Sizzix with their newest licensed designer, Catherine Pooler.

I love the summer vibes from this great bundle.

Lately I've been doing more and more ink blending. It's been a lot of fun using inks that were designed to be blended.

Still keeping in my style of card making, ink blending adds such great texture and depth, in just a few minutes.

Let me share with you what I came up with:

How fun is this card?

I love the gradient yellow bar that has the sentiment so much! It's made with Post It Tape for masking, two ink pads and blending brushes.

The two ink pads are Limoncello and Sauna. Each are in a different collection, but work beautifully together for ink blending. Top it with a great sentiment from the Va-Cay Mode stamp set.

Then you use the layering stamps from the Beach Blankets and Brellas stamp set, and die cuts from the coordinating die set.

Finish it with sequins and you are done!

Here's What I Used

Here's a list of what I used with my links to products. Using these links costs you no more, but pays me a bit to keep this blog going. More importantly, it helps strengthen my relationship with these companies.
