Recently I shared a project using a stitched circle cover plate die that I love, love, love. And today I am sharing part 2 of that.

When you use the Circle Background With Stitch Die from Brass and Bliss, you really get a two-fer! It will leave you a perfect cover plate die (as shown in this card) but you also get a LOT of stitched circles from that same die!

And those circles are what we are using today.

Storage tip: When you cut the cover plate and you have leftover circles, put them in a small baggie and store it with the die itself.

Then when you want to use the circles, you can pick out which ones from your baggie and create fun cards with those circles.

It's summertime for sure here in Texas, so I have summer on the brain. Outdoors, swimming, flip flops, all the things! I've already made a trip to Florida this summer, and this card was inspired by that trip.

I picked 3 images that I thought were perfect for summer, I went with a swimsuit, flip flops and a kite. All these images AND this sentiment are all in one stamp set! And, since it's Brass and Bliss, of course it has coordinating dies!

Let me share this fun card with you:

How cute is this? And you can change the colors out to any palette you want in no time.

My color inspiration came from a piece of patterned paper that I had sitting on my counter. I loved how they looked and grabbed two OLO Markers that matched.

Not Convinced the Circles Matter?

Make this card with just the three images and sentiment and then make it again with the circles. It's night and day different! The difference those circles make is incredible!

And circles work year round. So that die will serve your card making well 365 days a year if you want it to!
