This morning I needed my comfort colors and yet, I am still in a spring mood, so I grabbed my Spring Sampler stamp set from Stampin' Up! to get creating. Why comfort colors? It is a cold and windy morning, and while I am not saying that Gumball Green and Midnight Muse taste and feel like oatmeal (and no, I have never tasted them), they are warm and comfy colors to me.
I need a birthday card for a little boy, so what better than a frog? And this is the only type frog that I like and the only type I will hold. Every other time I have tried to hold a real frog, it pees in my hand. This one is pee free! Which also makes him a winner in my books.
If you are asking yourself, "Where did she get the green polka dots from?", I have the answer – it is Christmas DSP! That's right, it is the Be of Good Cheer DSP – one of my all-time favs.
