In my quest to use up supplies, I grabbed Stampin' Up!'s Perfectly Penned Stamp Set to go along with extra pieces that I have had laying around my stamp room for what seems like forever.  These elements were begging to be used and today's card started with a piece less than 2" x 2" as my inspiration.  I grabbed up extra pieces of ribbon, lace, scraps of cardstock and even a layered piece that was perfect for my background.
