Stampin' Up!'s Pennant Parade is a great stamp set to get, because it has a coordinating punch, which is absolutely a must with this stamp set, so today's video tutorial features both the Pennant Parade stamp set and the Pennant Builder punch.  I struggled with this card all week long, I just could not get it to look the way that I wanted and then finally, it came together!  So what made it come together?  The Color Coach from Stampin' Up!  I just had all the colors wrong.  I tried a color combo that I have never tried before and I really love the end result.
