I love this card!  I love how the ribbon looks across the bottom and the rhinestone jewels for the eyes – and this card gives me the creeps too! 

 
To get your ribbon to have that awesome frayed look, start with our striped grosgrain ribbon and cut along the long edge of it, removing the binding.  Then put a strip of sticky strip all across the bottom and bunch your ribbon.  Hint:  use sticky strip, not any other adhesive!
