This beautiful, simple lattice cover die is going to be your go-to item over and over!

When I predict that this simple lattice cover die is going to be the next best LBD – Little Black Dress, or Die! – of the year, I want you to remember you saw it said here first!  This die stands out to me because there is almost NO card that can't be made even more beautiful with its use

I wish I could say it was love at first site with this one bundle, but it wasn't.  It wasn't even love at 4-5 times of seeing it.  But then when I sat down to study the catalog in depth for the review in Stamping Family, there she was in all her shining glory!

If you have ever heard yourself say, “I have plenty of flower stamps” and then pass over the majority of them without even pausing – then you know exactly how I missed it.  But then I really saw it on page 166 of the new catalog.  It's from the True Beauty bundle, let me share it with you:

Do you see the die that I am drooling over?  Hint #1 – it's not a flower.  Hint #2 – it's AWESOME!

It's the cover plate die in there that is proportional for an A2 size card!!!  If that read like a foreign language to you, no worries…

It's a super large die that fits a card front for a card that is 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ finished size.  In North America, this is our standard size die.  Not all cover plate dies are sized for our measurements, which can be great – but it can also be a pain in the backside!

The one thing you have to have to make it come out perfectly is Adhesive Sheets.  These are big sticker sheets that you stick to your card stock and then you can die cut them, making your die cut a giant sticker – no messing with liquid glue with this one, the lines are so very narrow.

Okay, the other thing you do need is a die cutting machine – so sorry!

Once you die cut and layer, you can make simple, yet stunning, cards like this one here:

a simple lattice cover die serves as a beautiful background detail on this quick and easy handmade card

Isn't that adorable?!??!  I LOVE IT!  Because you are getting two full panels of metal, the price is on the higher side for the Organic Beauty Die set at $42.  It comes with a flower stamp set if you do the bundle, for $59.25.  I will get my money's worth with just this one simple lattice cover die alone and the rest is the icing on the cake!
