Simple and Fun Christmas Card

Today we are making a simple and fun Christmas card.  I love that this card has traditional reds and greens on it, but also love the pop of the bright blue background.

Each year I see stampers trying to make the decision on how to make their Christmas cards.  Do they make them all the same?  Make small batches of several different layouts?  And then the ones with nothing but time on their hands that actually make each card different.

To me, this card falls into the middle category.  You can easily make a handful of these in one Hallmark movie (that's how I measure out projects during the holiday season).  Let me share the card with you:

The Project

Here is the adorable simple and fun Christmas card:

See what I mean about that bright and fun pop of blue?

The Supplies

To make this card, here is a list of the supplies you will need.  To order any of these, simply click on an image below.  This card does use the sentiment from a hostess set.  Those are available with orders over $150.  If you are not planning on a big order for your Christmas card making this years, simply trade out the sentiment for one of them in the Perfectly Plaid stamp set.

Simple as 1-2-3

  1.  Stamp your trees, your sentiment, and your backgrounds.
  2.  Punch out your trees.
  3.  Assemble.

This is an easy peasy mac n cheesy kind of card 🙂  Speaking of mac n cheese – this is a great card to involve the help of your kids if you want.  Choose what parts of it are best for them to help with and turn it into a family craft day!
