Quick and Easy Belated Birthday Card

I don't know about you but there are plenty of times I need a quick and easy belated birthday card to send out to those people who, despite my loving them to shreds somehow their birthday goes past me without my realizing.  Ugh – hate that!  But when I can make a belated birthday card this sweet I suppose this is where “better late than never” is absolutely true.  Take a look:

This card uses both retiring Designer Series Paper and retiring stamps so if you have a ridiculous crush on this card you will want to order right away because as of today retired items are available only while supplies last.  And the most awesome thing about this card is that all you have to do is switch out the paper and the coordinating colors and you can whip up a card for anyone.
