Which is my favorite pattern in the Summer Smooches DSP, you might be asking – it is the Real Red Polka Dot pattern! I turn into a 4 year old squealing girl (minus the pigtails) when I see polka dots, I don't know what it is, I am just drawn to them. The polka dot pages in Stampin' Up!'s Summer Smooches have been sitting on my desk as I have {hoarded} waited to find the best project to use my beloved pattern on. Anyone else do this?
The more I got into making this card, the more excited I got! After I finished, I practically ran (but didn't because I was also holding coffee) to my hubby and showed him the card. He did give me the appropriate ooh's and ahh's that I wanted {needed} to hear, so I will let him live another day. Then he said magical words, "You should make a video on that card. You lined up that 'red paper' perfectly, does everyone know how to do that?"
So if you want to send him a comment, you may, because this video came to be because of his suggestion. I am using my favorite tool for life, Post It notes! You will learn how to line up patterned paper with the Top Note Die.
Here is the card that my hubby ooh'd over:
