I LOVE that stamps come in sets – don't get me wrong – that's something I have loved from my almost 18 years with Stampin' Up!

But I also feel like sometimes we forget that sentiments from different stamp sets work great together. The fonts don't have to match, it's often better when they don't actually.

And by letting our sentiments be the focal point of the card, the ideas are endless!

I have an adorable card to share with you that showcases exactly that.

We are taking the sentiments from two stamp sets, Share a Milkshake and By Your Side.

The Project

We we grab both these stamp sets and put ink to card stock, we get this…

How fun is this?

We have that fabulous Glorious Gingham patterned paper with it, a hint of Daffodil Delight cardstock peeking out from the edge, our stacked sentiments and some white baker's twine to tie it all together! The bow was tied using the 10 Second Bow Maker.

What also adds some pop to this card is that the entire layer of DSP and Basic White cardstock is added to the card base with Dimensionals. It just helps to create more visual interest.

The Supplies

To recreate this card yourself, and I hope you do, all you need are the supplies listed. Simply click on an image or link and add them to your card. The host code provided underneath earns you free tutorials from me as a fun thank you!

I no longer have product links for this company.
