Today we are using the Love For You Bundle to make a beautiful card.

This bundle is so pretty and I love the big sentiments that come with it. For the words, you can use the stamps and dies, or use the die layers to create a similar effect.

For this project, I went with the stamps and dies. Let me share the bundle with you…

The Love For You Bundle

With this bundle, all you need is some ink, card stock, die cutting machine, and some pretty paper. With that, you can rule the world, or close to it 🙂

The Project

The inspiration for this card came from the Dainty Flowers Sale-a-Bration paper. It's beautiful – and it's free with a $50 order during Sale-a-Bration. The pattern is so pretty, I really wanted it to be a focal point of the card.

My aunt is lovely, and I enjoy making cards for her. In all honesty, I am much better about making cards for her than sending them. This one came to be because I knew she would love the paper and I wanted to make a card for her for Valentine's day. My uncle passed away a few years ago, and I know she has a hard time every Feb 14th.

I want to send her a card that expresses love, but isn't red and pink hearts – to stay away from the traditional Valentine's day card.

To me, this bundle allows me to do that and so much more.

I used colors in that pretty paper for the words. The top layer is stamped, the surrounding yellow is in the die cut set.

A simple strip of coordinating card stock that I dry embossed with the Metal Plate die – you can use that die on anything!! – and you have a stunning card.

The only accessory I added was a bow tied with Linen Thread.

I took more paper from the same pack, one that I didn't think I would use much of, but it works perfect for the envelope flap.

You can certainly use this bundle with traditional Feb 14th colors, and I will. That's what I love about stamps so much. You can do with them whatever you want. All I have to do is pick different paper,

Not a long list of supplies right? And remember, the patterned paper is a free option with a $50 order. Grab the bundle and embossing folder – you can choose free paper – that's a good deal!

Your Turn!

I get a lot of comments on things that I make, but the most important part of my blog is you! I would love to see what you make with this idea. Get your supplies ordered above and email me the projects you make with them! XOXO, Meg
