Just My Type from Stampin’ Up!

The stamp set I was most excited to get from the new annual catalog is the Just My Type stamp set. I love everything about this set!

During my catalog review with Stamping Family, I totally gushed on this set.

I couldn't wait to put Bubble Bath ink onto the typewriter stamp! (That's an upcoming post.)

But also that H-E-L-L-O stamp set was screaming at me to use it with bright, vibrant colors.

Let me show you this stamp set…

The only part of it that stumped me – and I am embarrassed to admit this – but we're friends, right? It took me longer than I care to admit for me to figure out why there wasn't an image of a key to go with the “you hold the key to my heart” sentiment.

And then it dawned on me… it's a typewriter key! Oye!!

Anyway, there are many more ideas headed your way with this stamp set, I need to focus on this particular card!

If you don't know, I am a polka dot lover. Serious polka dot lover! So circle graphics/letters just beg to be partnered with my beloved polka dots. And those circle letters, ooooo… I couldn't wait!

The Project

Here's our cutie pie project using two fun stamp sets.

In the Warm Welcome stamp set, there is a little full circle stamp image. It makes the most perfect little polka dots. (And it has a set of shoes that is my favorite – you can see that project here.)

For the circle letters, they fit perfectly into a 3/4″ circle punch. While Stampin' Up! doesn't currently sell one, you may already have one or have a set of dies that are that size. If you are wanting a punch, here is one I recommend.
