See how to make a mothers day card fast that doesn't look at all like a rush job!

So before I share my quick and easy way for how to make a mothers day card fast keep in mind that this design idea can be used for ANY card for ANY occasion. It's one of those quick and easy go-to ideas you will want to keep forever!

So, there is a set in the Spring catalog that is super great, but the samples with it – ummm… well, let's just say they don't show the set in the best light!  I didn't get this set until about a month ago, and it's been a lot of fun to play with.

Let me show you this stamp set…

Here on your screen looks way better than even just the stamp set in the catalog.  And then the samples are these green on green tones that made me feel like the weight of the text wasn't even to get a good outcome.  But one month I had some extra hostess $ sitting there and went for it.  You can also see this set used here with an adorable Daisy punch used on it.

It's been so much fun to use!  I love the scripty font with it, it's whimsical, cute, and practical all rolled into one! Plus the sentiments are super useful for so many different kinds of cards.

Let me show you this cute card I made for Mother's Day.

The Card

There is nothing like red, yellow, and a neutral color mixed in to make this card maker happy!  I love using these colors together!

Fun, right?  Great colors and great sentiment!

The only spot that I was focused on for what color went where was the red in the upper left hand corner.  And then I filled in the rest.  But I wanted one clear spot to read the entire sentiment.

Sadly, this stamp set is on the retiring list.  We will all be really sad when that happens, unless you already have it – and then you are set!  It's only available while supplies last, so please don't wait.

The rest of the card is made from the a variety of supplies.  The Give It A Whirl dies give you the banner and cute stitched heart.  And then that little strip of the scallop comes from the Border Basics dies.  And that amazing embossing folder, that's the Hive folder (love it!)
