Honeycomb & Amber Ink Pads from Catherine Pooler!

It's release day with Catherine Pooler Designs and that makes me happy for two very distinct reasons:

New Inks!!!
New Stamps and Dies!!!

I love new colors more than I love new stamps. That might sound silly, as it's just two new colors.

BUT, my theory is that new inks can breathe fresh life into stamps you already have. Just a change of color and it's like a whole new stamp set.

BUT… when there are also new stamps in the release that you really love, sigh…. well, that just makes for an awesome paper crafting experience!

The two new colors released today are called Honeycomb and Amber. They are part of the spa collection and they are yummy! (Not for eating, for crafting – please don't eat your ink pads!)

These luscious colors are so perfect this time of year! I was just at a farmer's market this past weekend and this one cute older couple was out there selling their delicious honey. And it must have been good, because the people in line in front of me bought their last 5 jars! Insert sigh again…

And I told my hubby that the honey reminded me of the new ink pads that were coming out this week. Matt tried his best to be excited, he really did.

Then today I read the description Catherine used for this new release and she talks about how it's on point with strolling through a farmer's market – was she with me? Like creeping over my shoulder on Saturday?

Full disclosure, I do have a goal to name a color or two with her, not gonna lie! (and maybe even a product release – just putting it out into the universe!)

Moving on…

Not only are there two drool worthy ink pads, but there are also an entire line of stamps and dies based on honey, bees, and bears. How cute is that?
