With Valentine's Day on my daughter's mind, I grabbed the new Hearts a Flutter stamp set and Delightful Dozen, both from Stampin' Up! to make this, and made a video tutorial to go with it. Today's card is perfect for when you need fast and easy, but don't want dull or bland. I wanted something that Emily could make for her class mates and since she is 'bored' and looking for something to do before heading back to school, what better time is there to make Valentine's, right?
I love win-wins: She get's to create, and this project is done 40 days in advance! That is a first by the way, nothing has ever been done that far in advance in our home. But seeing as how some of you are already working on your Christmas cards for next year, this is right up your alley.
Before you ask, yes the inside is empty. She wants to color a picture for everyone and {insert eye roll} "The front says is all mom." And yes, I do believe it does. Her next question, "Mom, if I give this to a boy do I have to kiss him?"
