Who doesn't love a great idea for easy quick handmade cards?

I do – I do – easy quick handmade cards are my jam and I especially love ones that can be changed up endlessly! Like this one! This card is one I am referring to as a 1-2-3 card.  Follow the simple three steps below and you have an outstanding card in under 5 minutes!

One of my favorite die sets is a layered lettering one called Amazing Thanks.  To plainly state it, it is amazing!  What I love most about it is the size of the dies.  You can let the dies do all the work on the card, pair it with any patterned paper and make a card in no time flat.

Four words that you can do so much with!

This die set does come in a bundle, but to be honest, the stamp set did nothing for me.  Like nada!  The dies were all I needed.

Here are my best tips when working with this die set.

1. Use Adhesive Sheets for your die cutting. These keep your creating fun rather than frustrating!
2. Start with either a piece of patterned paper and/or your color combination.  Those are the best ways to start.
3. Accessorize.

That's it.  Seriously!  That's it.

For the project I am going to share with you, I started with my patterned paper and then added one extra color.

The paper I chose is the Abstract Beauty paper.  It's a fun paper pack just because of how diverse the patterns are.  Whereas some paper you buy, they all kinda look the same just different.  These papers are all different patterns and a great array of colors.  I went with the black and gray splatter paper.

Then all I had to do was pick my pop color and this card rapidly came together.

See what I mean about the steps to create?

1. Use Adhesive Sheets – I used them with both the black and yellow card stock.
2. Choose your patterned paper and/or color combination – I went with a black and white patterned paper and added Daffodil Delight to brighten the color palette.
3. Accessorize – a glittery black ribbon completed the look with a bow tied using my 10 Second Bow Maker.

This card is as simple as 1-2-3!
