This card is SO easy to make and you can add ANY greeting across the banner. I made a whole stack of them with no greeting so I can add what I need when I need it. PA-POW! Here's another look:
I didn't use any dimensional adhesive on this card because I felt that the polka dots, the bright pink flower and that little dash of Daffodil Delight gave it enough zing. Here's a look at the card from the side:
