Easy Gold Foil Ornaments Bling Up a Card!
I am so excited about these easy gold foil ornaments that I used to bling up a card in just a couple of minutes! This card was so easy to make and it's SO adorable that I think I could actually make these for this year's cards (if I wasn't MOVING, that is!). Look at the first pic:
Pretty, right? But where's the GOLD???? Well, here's the card from another angle:
Isn't that just GORGEOUS???? And, no, I am not bragging. The fact that I can make something that is so stunning with just a few tools from Stampin' Up! is part of the reason I love Stampin' Up! products so much. Honestly, I just sent a couple of dies through the Big Shot. layered them up and – voila! – a blinged up card that captures the glitz of the season.
Now, don't go looking for that greeting stamp in the catalog – that came from December's Paper Pumpkin and I just loved it so much I had to use it. You can read more about my thoughts on Paper Pumpkin here and I am so excited to see that each kit is getting more and more fun and cute and totally a must-have!
Here are the other things I used to make this card:
You can see that it didn't take a lot of “stuff” to make this card and as I said, it came together so quickly that you honestly COULD make a big batch of these to send out to your friends and family. Imagine how impressed they will be when they see that YOU made the gold foil ornaments to bling up YOUR card!
I live in the UK. I would love to buy the dies. Your card is beautiful. Where can I buy them. Help, thanks
Hi Sandra! They all come from Stampin’ Up! I wish I could be the one to sell them to you, but I can’t sell outside the US. Email me if you would like a delightful contact in the UK – she is a love!
I love the Christmas bulbs you made. I would like to purchase the die set. Are they still available? I just recently started making cards with stamp in up products. I have not seen this set in the catalog I have. Do they sell from older catalogs. Also, I have signed up for paper pumpkin and like the projects but cannot say I will continue for too long, depends on any improvements.
Those dies aren’t available anymore, I am sorry!!! They don’t sell from older catalogs. Personally, I am not a huge fan of Paper Pumpkin – reach out to me if I can offer you any insight on how I use and order them.
