Clean and Simple Handmade Christmas Cards

OK – I don't know WHAT is going on but I just had to share one of the prettiest clean and simple handmade Christmas cards I've ever made in, like, NO TIME at ALL. Let's look:

Come see how you can make about two dozen clean and simple handmade Christmas cards in under an hour!

So honestly, I am not a toile fan. I know people love it and I can see why – beautiful imagery, all one color, great scale – but it's just not me. Or so I thought. I will confess that I was gifted this paper and wasn't exactly sure what they heck I was going to do with it. But I love to experiment and had this panel ready for a card that hadn't taken shape in my head yet. I had a scrap of the gold glimmer paper just sort of laying on top of the panel and a scrap of Shaded Spruce card stock. And you know what? It was kind of pretty!  So this card was born and when I tell you it's fast and easy, well, it's almost embarrassing at how fast and easy. Stamp. Punch. Adhere. Seriously……

In person, that Gold Glimmer paper adds more sparkle than color and the greetings are popped up so there's a lot of “movement” on this card but the simplicity almost makes it look like a tiny piece of art rather than a card. There are four different toile patterns in the pack so I am guessing that you could make at least two dozen cards from one pack. And when I say it's fast, I am talking maybe – mayyyyybe – four minutes a card and that's one at a time. Make them assembly line style and you could be done in well under an hour. That's less than $1.50 a card including all the other stuff.

How much do we love clean and simple handmade Christmas cards like these? Can I get an “Amen”?
