Abstract Beauty Retiring Paper
Today we are making a card using the Abstract Beauty retiring paper. I love this paper and have two extra packs of it. I love that it's already cut to 4″ x 6″, perfect for card making!
AND it's on sale for 50% off and in stock at the time I am writing this post.
Let me show you this retiring paper:
Keep in mind that this paper is only available while supplies last. Once it's sold out, it's gone.
I paired it with a stamp set that I was on the fence about and dies that I was not. The stamp set is one that pairs with a punch, so that's what got me over the hurdle of purchasing it. The stamp set is the Flowers of Friendship and it coordinates with the Flowers & Leaves punch.
The sentiment I used came from the same stamp set.
Let me share the card with you and then I will share the rest of the details.
The Project
From the stunning patterned paper to the tag finished with a bow, this card comes together so well and so easy.
The Rest Of the Details
The Tailor Made Tags are some of my favorite tag dies that Stampin' Up! has put out for sale. I gave up my older tag dies because I like these nesting tag dies so much.
Use the two colors in the patterned paper to complete your card. This one uses the recently retired Just Jade along with one of my favorite pastels, Balmy Blue.
Stamp a few flowers and leaves, punch them out and you are ready to assemble.
The bow tying is made easy with the 10 Second Bow Maker.
