Grab your circle and oval punches and join me in creating this punch art penguin, this is an easy punch art design and is a different punch art penguin than I shared earlier this week. This is a punch art card that can be made in minutes, not hours.
The background is sponged with Night of Navy ink onto Whisper White cardstock, down near the bottom of the Whisper White cardstock, then you want to attack it with Dazzling Diamonds. I used Heat and Stick powder and adhere my Dazzling Diamonds – if you want to learn how to use Heat and Stick powder, you can view a video I posted a long time ago on YouTube here.
Add a little white gel pen and you have got it made!
