Make Your Own Cow Spots

This card is about coloring and relieving stress – all while making an adorable card.  To make your own cow spots is easy.  You simply just start with your black marker, I used my dark Basic Black Stampin' Blend and just started coloring.  Just drawing these out and then coloring them in, is so stress relieving.  I sat and colored 20 of these and just let my thoughts go.  I wasn't worried about staying in the lines, if I went out of the lines, I simply made the spot bigger.

The zen moments of just free-handing this – and I can't draw to save my life – but free handing these random blobs and filling them in, it was almost like Bob Ross was whispering right in my ear about where I wanted my cow spots to live.

This pattern was inspired by the Over the Moon stamp set.  I really don't have any other reasons to make my own cow spot backgrounds, but since I love this set so much, I am always looking to do something different with it.

Other than the background, the only other things to know about this card is that it started as a Stamping Family sketch and went from there.  Just stamp the image and color it in, die cut a stitched rectangle and add some other rectangles and you are done!

If this stamp set has been on your wish list, I hope that you are inspired to put this on your bought list.  You won't regret having it.  Who can resist a cow in rain boots, right?  So cute!  Try and make your own cow spots, you will see just how easy it is!

August 2020 Hostess Code

For orders over $150 placed through my store, don't use the hostess code, you will still get you free tutorials from me. Also, if you don't get your tutorials, make sure in your Stampin Up store profile that you haven't selected the option to not allow the demonstrator to contact you. If that is checked, even if you use the code, I can't see your name/email, nuttin' – so I don't know where to send your tutorials.
