I love easy to make cards and today I want to share with you some easy thank you cards to make using just a few supplies that you probably already have on hand. Take a look:
Isn't that cute? It's SUPER simple and you can change up the colors and the greetings and even the shapes and background stamping lickety-split! Here's a look up close at the greeting:
I love dimension on cards and using torn and distressed edges is a great way to add depth and softness at the same time. The tone on tone stamping on the top panel also adds depth and dimension without adding too much thickness. And I just love these big and wordy greetings because they say so much with just one stamp. It sounds like an obvious statement but the more a stamp can say, they less work for you!
I did add the center panel using Stampin' Dimensionals because I love the look of the shadows created by that tiny little bit of lift, especially when using panels that are the same color as the background. Here's a better look at what I am talking about:
Here are the other things I used to make this card:
I also used my awesome 10 Second Bow Maker to make that stinkin' cute gingham bow – I LOVE this gingham ribbon! It has a great sheen and ties beautifully and is as twice as wide as the last gingham ribbon Stampin' Up! carried!
Remember, this card can be made in any colors with any greetings and it is perfect for a mass production session by just doing each part of the card in steps. Here's a last peek:
Very clean and sweet and easy card. I love it. sometimes you just have to go simple. Thank you reminding us
