You all know I love me some dies and I am always looking for new die cut card ideas. Here’s one that I am LOVING because it is so quick and easy and you can change it up in infinite ways! Take a look:
Isn’t that gorgeous? Not bragging – the die cut from the Window Box Thinlits does all the work for you! I went with a monochromatic vibe using Pool Party Card stock, ink and ribbon and I love how it came together.
Here’s a pic of it standing up so you can see the little bit of depth that peek-a-boo look offers this project:
You can JUUUUUST barely make out the little band I put on the inside of the card. I love to add these little details because they take no time at all to put together and – wow – does it every make a difference in how special your cards look. You will also notice that I made a double loop bow using the 10 Second Bow Maker. I like to change it up every now and then and when I finished this card I realized the bow looked sort of like a bow tie meaning I could send this card to a guy even though it’s floral-y (is that a word?).
Here are the supplies I used to make the card:
Not only can you make this card using ANY color, you can also put a piece of patterned paper behind the cut out and totally change the energy of the card. Swap out the greeting and you could have something with some punch and zip.
Keep checking in because I am always looking for and will definitely share more die cut card ideas!
