Who else is ready for cool evenings under a blanket, a good book, and your comfy sweater? I am so ready for it!!! And while I don't have it just yet, I can craft it!
Today I am using such a great fall stamp set, it's got everything above plus a lattice crust pie, hot chocolate, and more. Everything that you can smell and touch that just feels like Autumn has arrived.
When I was picking out my supplies to make this card, I felt drawn to also use an Autumn sentiment stamp set. When I pulled the sentiment stamp set from the box, it was stuck to a cover plate die, so I felt like it was meant to be!
Some simple coloring, some die cutting, and this card is adorable! Let me share it with you….
How pretty is this card? I love the color palette. It's one I have found myself using a lot this summer, and it perfectly transferred into fall as well.
When I look at this card, I think what I love most of all is that the leaves on the outside don't have any of the turquoise color. It just creates a great balance to this card that I can't get enough of. All the images used, including the leaves are from the Brass & Bliss Sweater Weather stamp set.
And that Offset Diamond Cover Plate Die is the perfect background. It has the diamonds, but they are rounded tips, helping to soften the background to blend just right with our soft images in the stamp set.
