Counting Sheep SAB 2021

I love the Counting Sheep SAB 2021 stamp set!  It's so cute and fun to work with.  I took it and paired it with my most favorite SAB item, Textures & Frames stamp set.

Remember that this is the last month of Sale-a-Bration for 2021 – and I don't want you to miss out on any of these items.  I used both stamp sets and the dies – the dies are also a SAB item you can earn for free.  So every $50 increment of your order earns you a free item, and I am using 3 on this card.

For some reason, when I picked up the Counting Sheep SAB 2021 set, I instantly thought of Frenchy's pink hair from Grease.  Just the fluffiness of it all – I don't know how my brain works, but that's where it went.  So I grabbed the Flirty Flamingo ink pad and decided to go wild with it.

The Supplies

The Making

The making of this card is so much fun!  Start with using the Textures and Frames stamp set with your Flirty Flamingo ink pad.

Ink up the full circle, stamp it “off” onto scratch paper and then on your Basic White card front.  Re-ink, stamp off, then stamp on again.  Fill your Basic White panel.  Ink up the circle outline and stamp it randomly in full strength ink.  Add this layer to your card base.

Stamp your sheep in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink onto a scrap piece of Basic White.  If you are using Stampin' Blends, remember that these alcohol markers are formulated to work with that particular ink pad.  Die cut out your sheep along with a scallop rectangle.  Color in, add a sentiment, layer it all together and add some of that delightful and most awesome gingham ribbon – I am on my second spool of that ribbon already!!!

And just like that, you have this incredible card – all inspired by the movie Grease, lol!!
