There are some days when you want to color every little detail…
And then there are days when you just want to sit down, create something cute, and actually finish a card. 😊
That's exactly why I was so excited to play with the new pre-colored die cut images from Brass & Bliss. They take all the guesswork out of coloring so you can jump right into the fun part… putting everything together!
For today's card, I paired those adorable die cuts with one of my newest crafting discoveries: an embossing folder from Sunny Studio Stamps. Their whimsical designs completely won me over, and the soft texture adds just enough interest without taking attention away from the focal images.

The sentiment comes from the Buzzy Bees stamp set from Brass & Bliss. While there are coordinating dies for the set, the sentiments are designed to be fussy cut, which works perfectly here since it's a simple shape.
Inspiration Can Come From Anywhere
The layout for this card actually came from one of our recent MIYO (Make It Your Own) challenges inside Stamping Family.
MIYO began as a wonderful idea from one of our members and has grown into one of my favorite features of our community. Every other week, members receive a PDF tutorial that gives them a starting point, then everyone is encouraged to put their own creative spin on it. Together, we created the word MIYO, which started as a noun and now is also a verb, lol!
This particular card was inspired by MIYO #30, which recently became one of our Make & Mingle challenge projects. One starting point… dozens of completely different cards. That's one of my favorite reminders that creativity isn't about copying. It's about taking an idea and making it uniquely yours.
Whether you're using the exact same supplies or substituting from your stash, it's amazing how different every finished card becomes.
Why I Love These Pre-Colored Die Cuts
Sometimes crafting time is limited, and these are perfect for those days.
I love that they:
- Let you create a polished card in less time.
- Eliminate coloring while still giving you beautifully detailed images.
- Mix easily with stamps, embossing folders, patterned paper, and dies you already own.
- Make creating multiple cards quick and enjoyable.
If you've been wanting to try something a little different, these are a fun addition to your craft room.
Supplies Used

I'm including the dies, even though I didn't use them on this card.

If any of these products have been sitting on your wish list, I can definitely recommend giving them a try. They're the kind of supplies that make creating feel easy, and that's something I never complain about!
Happy stamping!
XOXO,
Meg
