Handmade Polka Dot Birthday Card

It's Monday!!!  And I am back home from a wonderful work/vacation trip and trust me when I say that it was HARD to get out of bed this morning.  And I am wondering if there is enough coffee in the house to get me through this morning.

What better way to add a little pep in my day than with Polka Dots?

Coffee + Polka Dots + a little Bon Jovi = a fun card!
