One of my favorite things that I learned at Stampin' Up!'s Convention was how to make these Layered Circle Flowers, I am not sure if they have an official name, but that is what I am calling them, Layered Circle Flowers. These are incredibly easy to create – so easy it is almost too easy. Emily has been in my office making these all morning.

And for the inside, I used smaller circle punches and more Whisper White Baker's Twine for the bow, and yes, I did use the 10 Second Bow Maker™.
